Gratitude is a mindfully active exercise that should be practiced on a daily basis; hour to hour, minute to minute, and even second to second. 

Never let a moment pass where you can't find gratitude in what's taking place. Once you do, you lose the focus on the present and drift somewhere that isn't here right now. Be here. Be you. Be love.
